本日Medline新增共35篇期刊文獻。中國學者建議將CT檢查列為早期診斷新冠肺炎依據之一,加拿大學者認為PCR檢驗陰性的患者有類似COVID-19的CT影像異常狀態時,建議隔離治療;但須注意與相關疾病如流感的鑑別診斷重點(22)。CT影像的改變有助於篩檢疑似病例以及監測病情變化(31)。另在藥物研發上,中國學者在實驗室中發現Remdesivir和chloroquine可有效抑制COVID-19病毒(34)。
