本日新增40篇文獻。臺灣皮膚科醫學會特別在Dermatologica Sinica中表示,確診患者服用的藥物,已知會誘發全身性的藥疹,因此在臨床治療時的鑑別診斷格外重要。而這段期間內,醫護人員的職業性皮膚病病例也正在增加,皮膚科醫生更需要孰悉治療以及進行預防(21)。
隨著COVID-19的研究文獻越來越多,JAMA(10)、BMC Medicine(12)、Nature Medicine(28)、Journal of Medical Virology(31)就目前文獻研究將臨床病徵、致死率、快篩方式、治療及感控做了整理(10)。大陸流行病學專家鍾南山研究團隊在NEJM的文獻示警,統計發現,入院時沒發燒的患者竟超過5成,因此若檢測只放在是否發燒,可能會出現防疫漏洞(16,相關新聞)。
在診斷上,COVID-19在胸部CT影像上有明確診斷特徵,華中科大就武漢81例病例的CT影像進行分析,並推論高齡、男性和合併症是病患預後不良的危險因素(30),包括廣東(36)、香港(22)都有相關研究報告。
另外在防疫策略上,美國國安會專家認為重點須從邊境防疫轉為緩解社區感染,許多流行病學專家及世衛組織也不認可旅行禁令的效果,但部分公衛專家仍堅持邊境防疫的重要性(9)。另中國基於防疫考量,武漢和湖北等流行地區從2月10日開始,針對捐血者血液進行病毒篩檢,由於血清或淋巴細胞中也可監測到病毒,因此血液中心和相關實驗室也需加強安全保護措施(4,26)。
