本日總計有83篇期刊文獻。其中有兩篇由台灣所發表,一篇由衛生福利部桃園醫院發表在台灣醫誌,敘述首例由中國移入之個案復原過程 (17);另一篇由台中榮民總醫院發表在Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection,提供兩例也是由中國移入的個案報告,並強調早期臨床表現的非特異性和旅行史的暴露無法提供確診的依據,因此在病患未有CT影像變化前,透過實驗室檢驗來確診是非常重要的方式,但對於檢驗能量也是一大挑戰 (29)。

隨著全球新冠肺炎病例的增加,越來越多國家的案例報告接續發表,包括義大利(3)、日本(5)、中東地區(20,21)、泰國(32)、英國(50,51)、埃及(52)都有相關報告。韓國學者在濟州島的流行病學調查認為COVID-19在潛伏期不具傳染力(6)。美國學者整理相關文獻指出COVID-19有可能為人畜共患,較SARS或MERS病患更容易出現如腹瀉等腸胃症狀(57)。

關於治療的研究,由於合併有心臟疾病的新冠肺炎患者的死亡率高達10.5%,江西和北京的學者提供了針對心臟病患的治療建議(61,71)。重慶發現新冠肺炎由輕症往重症發展可能和細胞激素風暴相關,並分享相關免疫治療經驗(10)。英國學者建議可以抗病毒的消炎藥物治療新冠肺炎(60)。上海學者研究指出有26種中草藥可能對治療病毒性呼吸道感染有治療效果(79),新加坡就快篩、疫苗與治療的研究進行系統化評論(53)。

而關於最近檢驗復陽的病例日增,武漢華中科大認為病毒重組能力和病患免疫力未即時提升都可能引起復陽,並針對復陽患者的診療提出建議(83)。從公衛與角度來看新冠肺炎的影響,Lancet Global Health提出COVID-19的死亡率和醫療資源充足與否應有潛在關聯(31);印度則報導因為COVID-19導致的中國停工,印度製藥公司面臨了製藥供應鏈不穩的威脅(9)。
