隔離仍是目前防治新冠肺炎的主要手段，新加坡國家傳染病中心提出對於疑似感染者的隔離決策SOP(22)。關於確診病例，首爾大學醫院分享了9例患者的胸部X光影像和CT檢查結果，發現和中國患者CT表現一致；浙大第一附屬醫院醫生則是在30例確診病患中，在一例病患的淚液及結膜分泌物中發現COVID-19病毒。針對治療，北京和武漢的醫生建議進展為急性呼吸窘迫症候群的重症患者以NIPPV或IPPV作為支持治療，以提高臨床救治率(1,26)。Journal of Sport & Health Science提出透過適當的運動訓練可以增加免疫力(30)。Viruses期刊則是針對SARS和新冠肺炎的兩種病毒進行了系統性回顧(7)。JAMA則提醒今年美國流感的大流行，並就目前新冠肺炎和流感的發病率和死亡率提出報告(15)。總計本日新增30篇相關文獻。
