新冠肺炎爆發至今,醫學界對於新冠肺炎COVID-19有更多角度的研究,本日新增更新共80篇文獻。其中一篇由中國疾病預防控制中心發表在JAMA的文章,總結了新冠肺炎至2月11日共72314通報病例的流行病學特徵;引人注意的是,將近2成的確診病例病況會發展至嚴重或危急;總致死率約為2.3%,但70歲以上病例致死率高達22.8%,合併慢性病如心血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性呼吸道疾病、高血壓、癌症的患者則有高達10.5%至5.6%不等的致死率。文章中還提供從2019年12月8日有症狀被發現到目前確診的流行曲線圖,以及COVID-19和SARS的爆發時間表比較,值得參考。另有一篇由牛津大學在Lancet Infectious Disease發表一篇文獻,提供全球即時的經確診病患的個人訊息數據,包括旅遊史、位置、症狀、報告發病日期、確診日期,以及基本的人口資訊,以方便全球公衛人員得以快速使用各種模型或假設進行分析,並得以進一步了解控制新冠肺炎的關鍵因素。
