本日新增33篇文獻。值得關注的是,廣東開發一種快篩技術,可在15分鐘內同時檢測人體血液中的IgM和IgG抗體(18)。在傳染力研究中,上海在首例兒童確診病例報告中,特別提醒輕症兒童在恢復期無症狀時依然存在的傳染性,以避免變成社區感染源(6)。武漢中南醫院發表於JAMA的報告中指出有4例檢測兩次為陰性而出院的康復者,在5-13天後還是被檢驗出陽性反應,表示這些患者依然具有傳染力,所以對於現行出院或中止檢疫的標準可能需重新評估(14)。泰國發表一個最初在鼻腔或咽喉檢驗為陰性,最後卻確診的病例報告(30)。
在臨床上,華中科大發現胸部CT影像在確診上比核酸檢驗的敏感度高(2)。廣州醫科大發現血液中檢測到的病毒量和疾病嚴重程度密切相關(7)。吉林大學則發現部分患者會有神經系統症狀,包括頭痛、嘔心與嘔吐,可能和引起急性呼吸衰竭有關,可做為臨床預防患者變重症的觀察重點之一(17)。
至於病毒來源,美國科學家統整各方文獻顯示目前沒有任何證據為人工合成(20);而中國國家生物信息中心為了促進COVID-19的研究,建立了2019新型冠狀病毒信息庫(2019n Co VR, https://bigd.big.ac.cn/ncov)(32)。
